Our copper is typically used for gutters, downspouts, countertops, hoods, deco tops and standing seam roofs. Copper is measured by weight, expressed in ounces per square foot.

We stock copper in 16 oz, 20 oz, 32 oz and 48 oz; typical sheet sizes are 36" x 120" and 48" x 120".

We also stock 16 oz and 20 oz copper coils, allowing us to provide 20' lengths on our 20' brake.

All of our copper is minimum 99.5% pure copper, ASTM B 370.

Stainless steel is typically utilized for countertops and hoods, but also sees some use in backsplashes, flashings, gutters and corner guards.

We currently stock 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, and 12 Gauge stainless steel 48" x 120" sheets, as well as 24 Gauge stainless steel coils, allowing us to make 20' gutters.

The majority of our zinc is used as gutter and downspout, with the occasional siding panel job as well (see pictures 6 and 6-1). We can also make zinc countertops.

Zinc sheets come in 1 meter widths (prox 39.37") x 120" long.

Aluminum is often used when longevity is an issue. We stock mill finish aluminum in .032 - .125 thicknesses, as well as .040 and .050 clear anodized and dark bronze anodized finishes. Typical sheet size is 48" x 120", but most are also available in 48" x 144".

We also keep .063 and .125 diamond plate (tread brite) aluminum sheets in stock.

Galvanized is used for standard roof flashings, gutters, downspouts - most every sheetmetal product. Bonderized is paint-ready galvanized. All of our galvanized is G90, ASTM A653.

Kynar is a pre-painted material that comes with a 30-year warranty on the finish. Very high quality, but you have to use sealants rather than solder it. Many colors are available, as seen on this color chart. Standard gauges are 26 and 24 - some colors are available in heavier gauges. Due to all the colors, we don't typically stock any, we just order as needed.

The majority of our brass and bronze is used as trim for kitchen hoods and other small accents. We also make the occasional brass kitchen hood.

Core Ten is an pre-rusted material. People going for the rustic look often choose Core Ten for their projects.
